Fish oil is important for optimal brain development in kids and is highly recommended. Make sure it is molecularly distilled to remove toxins. BTW, the most toxic food, in the opinion of an expert speaker at the Integrative Healthcare Symposium, is farmed salmon. This is because it contains very high levels of PCBs and very low levels of healthy omega 3 fatty acids. So, take your fish oil with your kids!
