Today I Love . . .

~ green days for jacob

~ opening the front door to find a sweet friend WITH a homemade apple pie to greet us as well

~ payday

~ hearing about ben's field trip to the zoo

~ a Hallmark gift card & 25% off made my new yankee candle FREE

~ the words from my devotion earlier this week.  they have remained in my mind each day. 
     "that I am yours and that my reason for being is to serve you."
   now if i can only impress them into the boys' hearts & minds

~ after a long day, being asked by jacob "how was your night mommy?

~ smokey soup

~ the smells, feelings, & sights of fall

~ nighttime conversations with the boys

~ being reminded by Ben this morning to pray with them on our way to school
